- A valid passport plus a photocopy of the information page.
- One passport photo, color and 2″ x 2″. (Note: photo must be taken without eyeglasses)
- Copy of Driver’s License.
- Proof of legal status/residency in the United States. (Copy of EAD/Green Card) if you are Non- US citizen
- Copy of itinerary or airline tickets.

Business Visa

- For business applicants, a business letter on your company’s letterhead.
- A Letter of Invitation.
- A Letter of Incorporation. The company in India must also provide a copy of its Letter of Incorporation from the Registrar of Companies in India.
